Jarae Swanstrom is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensed in the State of Idaho (License #8331208). She is not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist. Services provided by Mountain River Therapy are counseling and psychotherapy services only.

Mountain River Therapy offers telehealth services via Zoom to clients located in the State of Idaho only. Jarae Swanstrom is licensed only in Idaho and cannot provide services to clients located outside of Idaho.

Mountain River Therapy is currently in-network only with Blue Cross of Idaho. It is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefits before beginning services. Mountain River Therapy is not responsible for any insurance claims that are denied or benefits that are different from what you expected.
